An IPA I really enjoy

This is a very pleasing IPA. The beer is very smooth with a great mouth feel and just the right carbonation. Bottled January 24, 2021 and drank the first bottle on February 10, 2021. What surprised me was after only a few weeks in the bottle in my basement at 58 to 62 degrees and the beer was very good. (Some beers don't require a long fermentation time in the bottle.) The head was foamy and stayed in my glass until the glass was emptied. I pitched Irish Moss during the boil and pitched DualFine a few days before bottling. This is not a NEIPA. The beer was very clear and the color was between a red and a red/brown. I was able to bottle 25-12oz bottles and 19-16oz bottles at 6.03 abv. Very satisfied with this beer.
