Tax Exemption

Due to Wayfair vs South Dakota, Adventures in Homebrewing is now responsible for collecting sales tax in any state where nexus is required.

We currently collect Sales tax in the following states: AZ, AR, CA, CO, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NJ, NC, ND, OH, OK, RI, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, and, finally, ....WY. If your state requires this, we are obligated to follow suit. With this said, if you are tax exempt in your home state or in another state that you are shipping to, please let us know. Please email a copy of your tax exemption certificate to: Hops@homebrewing.org

We will update your state with your certificate. Submitting falsified certificates to any state may result in prosecution from that state. Your tax exemption should be completed within 24 hours of receiving ALL necessary information.
