Diablo Rojo

Ready to bottle tomorrow. Sampled today and it is great. Can’t wait to see what it does after a month or two.

Stickiness everywhere

After receiving my shipment I noticed the outer box was sticky. When I opened the inner box the wine sweetener bag had a hole in it. After cleaning it all up, (which was a task in itself) I did make the wine. Hopefully it will taste just as good as the last batch without all of the sweetener. I contacted the company and they were great to work with. They compensated me with a partial refund, which was greatly appreciated… I would have given 5 stars if this problem hadn’t occurred. I’ve used this company many times and will continue to do so!

The Best of the Best!

This is my hands down favorite wine so far. I have made this wine about 5 times now and it is a staple in our home. Our friends go wild over this one. It is dry with a touch of sweet and a blackberry jam undertone with a little oakiness. You can't go wrong with this one!

Waiting for the ages

Nothing to report as I have just made the kit. I will try to remember it next year or two after it has had a chance to age a bit.
