Brewers Best Kolsch - 1 Gallon
Crisp, clean, and easy-drinking, the Kolsch is a go to beer for any brewer. Similar to a pilsner, the brew pours a yellow straw color, with mild hop German hop notes and sweeter taste with a fuller bodied provided by small additions of wheat.
*Note: To achieve the lager-like characteristics this ale is known for it is recommended to use a liquid Kolsch yeast (not included with kit). This kit does include a dry yeast.
