FastFerment Overview

The FastFerment™ conical fermenter is a one-stage fermentation vessel - which means no racking and transferring between buckets and carboys and less potential for oxidation and contamination. Having primary and secondary fermentation take place in the FastFerment saves approximately 80% of the time and labor needed to make a batch of beer or wine and cuts down on storage of multiple vessels. The FastFerment conical fermenters come in three sizes and you can purchase a complete bundle or add accessories such as stands and thermometers a la carte.

Conical Fermenters

FastFerment conical fermenters come in 3 gal, 7.9 gal and 14 gallon sizes and are made of food grade high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Along with the benefit of only using one vessel for primary and secondary, you can also use gravity to fill your bottles right out of the fermenter (an attachable 1/2" hose barb fitting allows for bottling right from the fermenter). The 6" opening makes for easier cleaning than the traditional small carboy mouth and the fermenter can easily be mounted on any wall with just a few screws (hardware included). With these great features it's easy to see why the FastFerment will not only save you time and space, but also save you money.
