Partial mash brewing is the middle ground between extract and all grain brewing. Much of the fermentable sugar is provided by liquid malt extract (included with the recipe kits below). However, the brewer will also do a "partial mash" to get the rest of the needed fermentable sugar out of the base grains (also included with our kits).
