Made this again this fall. Kegged. Didn't make it through the weekend. Compared to real SOL and only difference is the color is a little darker, but taste was right on. Used an Alcohol boost to up the %.
As an extract brewer, I had trouble making a light colored beer until this one. Came out super. Tastes like Corona. It is better with a lime. The Maize grain addition was great. It came out very light and clear. Recommended for wives and girls that you will bring on your boat. Good kit.
This is one of my summer go to beers. Always come out perfect and very tasty. You can't go wrong with this for the summer. Always on tap at my place!
