Inspired by modern American interpretations of a refined classic, it’s built on a delicately balanced base of Pilsen malt extract and rice syrup solids—keeping the body lean and the finish bone dry.

While traditional Japanese lagers focus on restraint, we add just a whisper of modern flair with late hopping from Sorachi Ace, a citrus-herbal hop originally bred by Sapporo. It adds subtle lemon peel and lemongrass character without overwhelming the beer’s refreshing clarity. Saaz hops provide clean bitterness to round things out.

This is a study in minimalist design with maximum impact—perfect for backyards, sunshine, and second pours.
