A mixture of juice concentrates, corn syrup, malic acid and natural flavor concocted to make a fermentable base for strawberry wine blend at 18.9 Brix. The product is both blended and pasteurized. May be stored at ambient temperature. Acidity: 0.61; 0.56 - 0.66 % w/w (as citric acid)

Has an awesome aroma and produces great wine if a little lime juice is added to the recipe.
This makes a very good strawberry wine.
