A mixture of juice concentrates, corn syrup, malic acid and natural flavor concocted to make a fermentable base for pear wine blend at 18.9 Brix. The product is both blended and pasteurized. May be stored at ambient temperature. Acidity: 0.61; 0.56 - 0.66 % w/w (as citric acid)

Back sugar with 2 cups of sugar when done. Don't use all to blend. One of the best tasting I have made. We have 5 bottles left out of 30!
