I used this Blackberry wine base instead of a Blackberry puree in my Mead batch. The result is amazing. Much quicker and much less sediment. Everyone that tries it loves it.
I just bought the same ingredients again to make another batch.
In the fall when I can't get fresh blackberries I always turn to vintner's all natural blackberries to produce a great taste in my wine.
