Pleasantly surprised!

I bought this kit primarily because it was on sale for some reason. It wasn't difficult to obtain really good results. In fact, it is one of the most fragrant batches I've ever brewed. Very happy with the recipe and outcome.

Excellent!

This produced a wonderful copper-color IPA. I increased the Summit dry hop amount to a bit more than 1.5 oz, but otherwise followed the recipe. Will definitely do it again.

Nice IPA, worked well with my homegrown hops

This is the second batch of this I'd made. We grew hops at home this summer, and I made a first batch in September using freshly harvested to wet hop for the boil. Followed the recipe otherwise. We liked it so much I bought a second, repeated the process, but used my dry homegrown. In secondary now, looking forward to the results.

Hoppy IPA

Brewed this 4 days ago and double pitched us-05. Fermenting commenced in about six hours. Fermented rapidly for the fist 3 days at 68 degrees. starting to slow now in a few more I will add the dry hops. Then keg about 2 weeks after brewing. It will take about 5 days to carb under serving pressures. I think this will be a good one I have my fingers crossed.Original OG was 1.068. Four stars for now till I get to drink it later. Price was good with free shipping and a 5% discount. Under $40 delivered. Will update later once I am enjoying this one.
