Great Lager Yeast

As always with AIH my yeast arrived safe and sound. Manufactured within the past month before shipping. This was my first crack at a Lager and this yeast performed flawlessly! Fermented @ 55*F and produced no off flavors or sulfur compounds with a simple grain bill.
