Worked good

Came with everything I needed. Brewed perfectly as discribed. Had several people taste test and all liked it, good flavor. Just ordered 3 more kits.

Tastes Great

Overall this is a very good seltzer, and tastes comparable to WC. If I do it again I will add a Yeast Nutrient and a different yeast. It took almost 3 weeks to ferment out without any nutrient added. EC118 with nutrients or TY48 would be much faster. After cold crashing it I filtered it through a .6um charcoal filter which removed any leftover yeast, and the yeast phenols. Very happy with the final product, I just wish the directions talked about using yeast nutrients.
