This sugar wash ensures a neutral, ultra-clean spirit that is easy to ferment and distill. Unlike grain-based washes, a sugar wash produces minimal congeners, resulting in a smoother final product. With an OG of 1.096 and a target ABV of 13%, this kit is designed to produce 5 gallons of wash, ready for distillation into high-purity vodka or neutral spirit. 

To maximize purity and remove unwanted byproducts, this kit includes:

• Turbo Yeast Classic 8 – A high-performance yeast that ferments rapidly, reaching full attenuation in as little as 48 hours.
• Turbo Carbon – Helps absorb impurities during fermentation, improving the final distillate's clarity and smoothness. If you’ve never used it before, be prepared—this stuff is wild. It turns your wash an inky black, like squid ink! Don’t worry, though—after fermentation, Turbo Clear will strip out the carbon, leaving you with a crystal-clear wash before distillation.
• Turbo Clear – A fining agent that ensures a crystal-clear wash before distillation.
