Yummy

After aging only about a month it tastes very good. I feel like it could have used more vanilla as I don't get near as much vanilla flavor as I'd like, but overall a good beer.

Great stout

Didnít add the vanilla and aged in a used whiskey barrel for 3 months and itís delicious! This beer really picked up some nice notes from the barrel.

Added some bourbon soaked oak chips in secondary fermentation and it came out excellent.
