Very drinkable

First few samples of the keg tell me this beer wonít last long. Light and refreshing but sweet and fruity from the Amarillo and wheat. Used Lallemand Verdant yeast and not sorry at all I did.

Darned good wheat ale!

Since Three Floyds doesn't distribute in Michigan, I was unable to do a back to back comparison. From what I can recall this is very close to the original and a real nice beer. My wife, who normally shies away from hop forward beers really likes this. The wheat and Amarillo hops are in good balance with this recipe. I will be brewing this again for sure!
