An Honest GO TO Beer.

Sierra Pale Ale is one of my must keep on hand beers. This one is easy to make and I get uniformly good results. Better yet, it is also a favorite of my friends who like to check out what I have on tap.

Excellent beer. I thought it might be a little to hoppy for me but turned out just right. Very refreshing. After tasting it I ordered a second batch.

My regular go to beer

Just finished getting this one into the fermenter, so can't comment on the outcome, but this is not my first time and I plan to keep this pale ale on tap all the time. So far it is my favorite for a daily user. I recommend it highly as an easy one to start with, and something that you will enjoy till its gone.

GOOD Stuff

This was my first first attempt at home brewing. I chose this kit because it was on sale and I like Sierra Nevada Pale. The Beer was easy to brew following detailed directions. Turned out better that I thought it would. Great color nice aroma and just a flat out good beer... Great job AIHB
