Near-perfect clone of Shiner's Bock

Fermented with liquid Lutra, came out delicious. Was even more delicious and more Shiner Bock-y after a month, so let it sit (if you can!), the reward is worth it.

Just got through a keg of this. PERFECT. The taste was indistinguishable from the real thing. If you like shiner bock this IS it.

Brewed this numerous times with 2308. 8 weeks lager. Always comes out good. A comparison of the real Shiner and this clone I cannot tell the difference except for color. Nor can anyone else who has tried the side by side taste test.
