Scrimshaw Clone Recipe Kit

Darker then congenital scrimshaw but a good beer overall.

I brew this with Saflager S-23 and get a nice clean beer. Iíve brewed 3 batches already and everyone who has tried this from craft lovers to macro only drinkers have been surprised. Iím trying the next batch with some ìbeanoî enzyme to try and make a lo-carb version like Scrimshaw.

Very surprised. I enjoy a good lager and haven't tried Scrimshaw before. I made this and my sister in law Loved it!! She had worked at Hooters while she went to college and was a "Miller Lite" kinda girl. Has way more flavor than Lite and I will brew again!

First time brewing this kit, as always directions are straight forward. I always do 1 week in primary, and 3 weeks in secondary, and on bottling/kegging day, transfer to bucket before bottling or transferring into keg. I put mine through a kegerator and it lasted about 2 days as my friends liked the beer as much if not more than I did. I will order another kit in the near future and enjoy this brew again!
