Nic Scottish Ale

I’ve brewed this one a few times now and it is one of my favorites! Easy to brew and a good easy drinking beer with a great malt forward taste nicely balanced and not too sweet. I brew this with Safale S-04 and it has a quick turnaround about 7-10 days in primary 2 weeks in secondary (or 3 weeks in my conical) then into the keg force carb for great beer in less than a month! Doesn’t last long so brew a double batch!

Takes you to the highlands of Scotland

This is a great brew. It is malty, slightly hoppy, copper-brown in color and a serious beer, even for a lower ABV. I definitely can see myself in the Scottish highlands while I'm sipping this one. Nice recipe!
