Substituted 1:1 for a dextrin malt, this lightly modified malt retains high levels of beta-glucans and total protein, while still offering some available extract—an advantage over most dextrin malts. Crafted from high-protein raw material, Chit Malt ensures brewers can create beers with depth and character, even in smaller proportions.
