Raspberry Plunder Cream Ale Recipe Kit

The cream ale alone is a great summer beer but, when you add in the slight tartness of raspberries, it becomes awesome. I will be taking this to parties this summer.

While it's not fall, I am looking for a beer to make for my wife. She's not a fan of hops, so this was the perfect beer to make for her to ease her into homemade beer. The first sip the raspberry does hit you strong, but every sip after that it's not as up front and personal. I will be making this again next year but at the beginning of summer. This is a SOLID 4 star beer. Thanks AIH!

I'm not a fruity beer fan, but I love brewing beers that make my friends & family happy. This one is a big hit with the fruity beer fans. They tell me I have to keep it on the regular brew list. The raspberry flavor is subtle and the finish is dry. Not my favorite, but a big hit with the guys & gals who like the sweetness.

I brewed this beer for our annual family gathering. It was a hit. Everyone loved the flavor. The raspberry was very noticeable, but not overpowering. Light and refreshing on a hot summer day.

This was my 8th installment in my homebrewing career and one of my most memorable. It has an incredible flavor that is not overwhelming. It gets better as it ages. I am buying it again, for my summer beer, on tap in my garage. Incredible!!
