Positively Perfect

This was my first ever home brewing project, and it was a big hit with my 'Focus Group'! I'm now fermenting my second 5-gallon batch of Positively Porter, with a couple of modifications: Using distilled water instead of tap, and bottling in 22-ounce, rather than 12-ounce bottles. Love this hobby!
