Good beer

This one was really a surprise. A little fruity which I enjoy. Did the German klosch yeast, 2 weeks bottle conditioned and ready to drink.

Interesting

Ordered not knowing exactly what a "Polish ale" is. Used a liquid Kolsch yeast and it turned out well. Had a hint of fruit flavor on the palate. My friends and I enjoyed.

Fantastic!

I brewed this beer when it had no reviews. My expectations were low. Boy was I wrong! I have done 60 brews and up to now this is my top yellow ale. Taste is deep and malty. I think maybe the Kolsh yeast has to do with it. I have brewed it three times already. Brew it!

Polish Lager

I ordered this brew after a few beers and in doing so ordered lager yeast instead of ale yeast. Long story short, it worked out very well. Ended up fermenting this in my downstairs basement closet (Near outside garage in spring) for 3 weeks with a dry lager yeast (around 57). Then moved upstairs for a week at around 68 degrees. Bottled and carbed. And then lagered for a month. Came out dry and wonderful.

Great easy drinking ale

Brewed with Wyeast 2565 kolsh. Wife called it the ìgood beerî dad and father in law put a good dent in the keg at a party. Will brew again in regular rotation.
