Just kegged nice coconut and slight chocolate. A slight alcohol burn. I think it will be fine after it ages 7.2 abv.
Fairly easy brew and everything else but the trouble began when kegging. I put the coconut in one bag and the roasted vodka soaked cacao nibs in another and had them hanging in the keg for 3 weeks and there was no carbonation even after keeping it at 40psi for over a week. After removing the bags everything was good but over carbed. Awesome chocolate and light coconut on the nose and a decent amount on the palate.
Brewed this recipe with success! Met the estimated numbers and flavor is fantastic! Only one comment on the instructions, the boil time is 90 min which is not clear in the instructions but customer service answered the question.
