Never Had A Bad Brew With WCA I

Yeast has a wide temperature range (60-72 degrees fahrenheit) which is perfect for fermenting in our basement.

Unfortunately for AIH, I always purchase this at the local home brew shop during the summer so it doesn't get delivered DOA.

Good yeast in general butÖ.

Itís a good yeast - I have used it before. But this time the yeast arrived warm and already expanded, despite a very nice ice bag. I put it in the fridge until ready to brew, but when I put it in a starter wort it never formed krausen. So basically DOA. Iíll have to replace but probably from somewhere closer.
