Really Close to the Sam's Seasonal special

Delicious Beer! 3rd year, in-a-row that I'm brewing for XMAS. The family and friends absolutely love it! I add just a little less ginger than the recipe calls and find that I can't tell the difference between it and the beer brewed by Sam Adams. If you like Sam Adams' Old Fezziweg, than you will love this clone.

Excellent

This kit makes a phenomenal Christmas beer!! The orange, ginger and cinnamon really pop. I've recommended this kit to several people over social media who asked me where I got the recipe. I absolutely love this one and will definitely make this again next Christmas for sure.

Christmas Favorite

I found this to be very close to my favorite Christmas brew. I gave it to family and everyone loved it. I plan on making it a Christmas Tradition.

Crowd pleaser on Christmas Eve

To me it was a little weak and not quite like the Sam Adams version that I love, but out of the three beers I made for Christmas, this was everyones favorite. I can't blame the kit entirely as I should have added more water to the boil instead of topping off in the fermenter. But, I do think it may need some more malt extract to beef it up a bit. I hope this kit stays around because I would love to brew it again with a couple of small tweaks! I've bought from other websites, and the three I've gotten from AIH have been the best three I've ever brewed!
