The Adventures Version of a Sam Adams Christmas Classic. The color is a deep mahogany brown with a small tan head. Our clone is full of Seasonal Flavors. It has a full body and enough spices, perfect for a cold winter night. A rich malt character with notes of sweet toffee, caramel, & roasty chocolate. The seasonal spices include cinnamon, ginger and orange peel.

Fezziwig Tasting

After brewing this for the holidays we really enjoyed the smooth spice notes. A treat to drink we now brew it as a regular for the house. No longer a seasonal brew for us.

Jury's still out...

This Dickensonian fella that knows the difference between business and pleasure--and promotes both--is still in the fermenter in diacetyl rest. Brew smelled fantastic with the wort having a beautiful mahoganey color and a nice balance of citrus and spice from the orange peel, ginger, and cinnamon. Active in fermentation for 10 days with the Danstar BRY-97. Should be sending to the keg tomorrow after 2 weeks fermenting, but looking forward to enjoying this Christmas week!
