Still brewing

Smooth but sweet. Can taste notes of coffee flavor. It's still not quite ready but after 24 days we popped one open last night to try it. Needs a little more fizz so will continue to let it condition in the bottle.

Very Smooth Stout

Once again, a very easy beer to brew by AIH. The beer itself is very smooth and creamy. I only added half of the Irish cream and hazelnut flavorings since it was potent once added to the secondary. After bottle conditioning, the flavorings really mellowed out. The flavors are very subtle and the chocolate grains stick out. If you like sweet stouts, this is for you!
