Nutty Irishman Stout All Grain Recipe
An original take on the cocktail. For those who aren't familiar with this Irish classic, it contains Irish cream, nutty liqueur, and cream. To achieve this in a Stout, we blend Irish cream and hazelnut extract flavorings in the secondary. These also bring out the chocolate a bit more. If you are expecting a big coffee character, this isn't for you. We prefer Wyeast 1084 Irish, but any English/Irish strain that flocs well will work. Hope you enjoy!
