Montana Craft Malt’s Pilsner Malt is a traditional North American-style Pilsner malt, fully modified for single infusion mashing. Carefully kilned to maintain a low color and drive off DMS precursors, this malt produces a bright, clean wort with a delicate malt sweetness.
With a light yellow hue and flavors of straw, grain, and a touch of honey, Pilsner Malt provides a crisp, refreshing malt backbone. Its versatility makes it an excellent choice for brewing pilsners, lagers, and a wide range of other beer styles.
