Great fall brew

I brewed this and used 1056 and mashed in the mid 150's as I wanted a higher FG, but a clean finish. I got what I wanted. The only flaw I found in this beer is the maple flavor is basically non-existent. It's still a great beer that I'm really liking, but I don't think the maple syrup did anything that regular corn sugar wouldn't.
