Mine came out more like a brown ale

This was my second attempt at brewing, so take that for what it's worth. This is a great recipe, my only complaint was that I was expecting something a little closer to Fuller's London Porter. The latter is quite a bit darker. That said, it's very tasty and I'm enjoying it very much. My wife likes it, too.

Great year round favorite

This beer is very smooth and easy to drink. It's bold enough for winter yet easy enough for summer.
