For this "Session" IPA we went with all late hop additions. For a burst of citrus and pine, flavors and aromas. Late addition Columbus adds a clean bitterness. Corn Sugar for some added dryness and alcohol boost. Be careful, the title is a bit tongue in cheek.

Very tasty IPA

I brewed this IPA for Thanksgiving and it turned out great. Tweaked the recipe a little by adding corn sugar as a fermentable and dry hopping simcoe pellets (no starter yeast). Everyone loved the brew and it went quick: 2 weeks in primary, 1 week conditioned in keg, forced carbed and viola! Pure magic.
