Top Drawer recipe

You won't be disappointed. In my perview, this is a Founder's Dirty Bastard look-alike, only better (more malt forward, lower IBU)- approaching Backwoods Bastard but [unfortunately] without the bourbon, smoke, and peat undertones. I choose this one out of the fridge over all others - micro or homemade. Advice: opt-in for some Irish moss chuck in some toasted oak cubes as a part of the plan.
