An old German beer style, Gose is an unfiltered wheat beer. A Gose will have a low hop bitterness and a complementary dryness and spice from the use of ground coriander seeds and a sharpness from the addition of salt. Brewed using the concept of sour and salty. In addition to that, the floral notes of coriander contribute to a unique flavor and refreshing quality that the style is known for. It's a style with an interesting history, and perhaps some hope for a future.
