Festive ale!

Made this using SafAle S-04 and 1% alcohol boost with an OG at 1.057. I over shot the FG finishing at 1.007. As of 11/08 itís been in a keg and carbonating for 5 days. Initial response after 1st taste: it is wonderful! It finished dry but all the flavors in the description come through. Choclatey, nutty, and subtle gingerbread that is just the right amount to enjoy this brew by the fire. I feel itís only going to get better with another week, or two, of conditioning. Highly recommend this recipe! Cheers.
