Fuller ESB Clone

Got my whole order very quickly and this was the first one I brewed. Did order the Dry Fuller ESB yeast and tweaked the grain bill slightly. It was bubbling away happily the next day and will be kegged shortly. One of my favorites whenever I am in London, can’t wait to try it out and enjoy!

Excellent beer

I love Fullers ESB so I had to try it. I do BIAB so had them double crush the grains, went with the 1968 yeast. My numbers came out spot on. While the flavor isn't exactly like Fuller's due to not being able to replicate the water profile in London England, this beer is very flavorful. Good malty body with a noticeable taste of brown bread with marmalade. Carbonates very well ( I bottle). Family really liked it - it's hard to explain to people what ESB is but I love this beer and absolutely will make this again.

Great Brew

To be fair, Iíve never had Fullers ESB. But this beer is fantastic. Iíd definitely brew it again.
