My 'Go-To' Brew!

This clone recipe became my go-to brew after trying it when it first became available! I have made it maybe a dozen times, and I have detected no variation at all - very consistent and very good! At gatherings with other brewers, my keg always seems to run out first! (maybe in part because I 'sample' a bit before others get a chance...). I also use Clarity Ferm with it which greatly reduces the gluten for those sensitive folks. CF does not change any other aspect of the beers it's used in. If you like All Day IPA, you'll love this recipe!

I just kegged it, and I'm blown away by how much it taste like the original. I've brewed clones before and their always close, but this is spot on.
