This yeast consistently rips through the sugars to fully attenuate my beers — even the big high ABV varieties.
This is a great yeast for ale. I've used it for a Patersbier with excellent results and it can take a few days to completely finish, which is fine. My clarity improved once I cooled down the carboy in the garage before kegging but this yeast is very stable. Even harvested, washed, stored for a week and repitched in my next batch.
