I pitched this in a 1.062 hoppy Saison late saturday evening and by wednesday afternoon it was down to 1.002! I fermented at 80 degrees with a heating pad and and temp controller. The sample that I took tasted good at room temp and uncarbonated, so I can imagine it has to taste amazing when it's cold and carbonated. A lot of fruity esters and general funkiness, just what I was looking for!
Attenuated down from OG 1.068 to FG of 1.010 with nice esters! I use this for all my Belgium styles also.
