Falconers Flight IPA All Grain Recipe

The Falconers Flight hops are a proprietary blend of Northwest hops, created by HopUnion in honor of Glen Hay Falconer. This blend is hand selected for its superior aromatic qualities, imparting distinct tropical, citrus, floral, lemon and grapefruit tones. Falconers Flight IPA for the hop heads out there. The recipe is built on 2-row plus additions of Caravienne, Vienna, Special Roast and Carafoam malts.

Great Pale Ale!

Okay, my first hoppy all grain and I couldn't be happier! Sample was so good after one week, I dry hopped for 3 days and kegged after 2 weeks. After another 4 days nicely carbed and sampled....wow I was really blown away that I could make something this good! Thanks AIH!
