Excellent

This was brewed via brew in a bag / all in one, with very close adherence to the recipe. SG was just a touch under target, FG was a little lower than the recipe called for. This produced a very well rounded Scottish style beer, though itís a bit on the higher ABV side. It is very malt forward, and despite the relatively high ABV for the style, it is very approachable for those who havenít got a vast palette. This is nowhere near a ëwee heavyí, itís much more amber in color. Itís got a really good aroma and goes down very easy. Excellent recipe.
