Not good, and not a wheat beer.

This recipe needs scrapped. I should have looked at the instructions before my purchase.

Wheat Beer??

I should have read the detailed process sheet before ordering. This brew is only 25% wheat, not the typical 50% for this style. It also had 1 lb of rice hulls in the grain bill for filtering and that seemed like a lot. I had the brew day scheduled with friends so I brewed according to instructions and will see what I end up with. I was looking for a more traditional recipe.
