Review from past performance

They always ask how it tastes while it's still fermenting! That being said I've made this many times and it never disappoints

Excellent

I made this once before and tasted just O.K. at first. I let it sit for a few months in keg and tried it again. Tasted completely different. One of the best kits I've made.

Great Tasting Beer!

I have created this beer 2 or 3 times now and I just reordered because it was on sale. I use a Lager yeast vs the Ale yeast and it turns out great. I first created this using the WLP German Lager yeast and the last time I made it I used the WLP Mexican Lager yeast. I personally think the Mexican yeast batch turned out much more crisp, but so far all of the batches have been wonderful. My next batch I am using the Saflager-23 yeast.

Great Summer Beer

Brewed this kit in May 2016. 1 week in primary, two weeks in secondary, then bottle conditioned for two weeks before sampling. If you like the original, you will like this one!

Great Summer Beer!

Nice color and flavorful, but not too heavy for the summer.Total of two weeks fermentation and one week in the bottle was enough. But still getting better each day. Will order another kit very soon.
