Great Beer

This turned out great. Taste is more of a dark ale and based upon upon my SG readings I got 10.2% following normal kit. Nice grain taste almost like a nice German bread. This will make my favorite list!!

Beer brew I ever made!

I followed the recipe to the T. It finished out at 9.2%! It has a rich smooth and very malty flavor. It was exactly what I was looking for! I love it!

Strong, dark, and delicious

I've brewed this recipe 3 times and it is by far my favorite from AIH. My favorite commercial beer is Aventinus from Germany, and this beer comes close. If you like strong, dark, German style beer, give this kit a try.
