Delicious. Rye and wheat combination is awesome. Citra hops round it out well. Will definitely brew this one again.

Amazing Rye Pale Ale with Citra

You had me at Rye and Citra! Got this during the 2017 holiday sales and it came out amazing! A lot of rye and Citra flavors so I'd love to say it was still on tap but between me and my 22 yr old son this stuff was gone in record time! Would brew again in a heart beat!

Cybier

I have used this recipe twice, once made as instructed. The second time I used US-05 yeast rehydrated fermented @ 65*, and doubled the dry hop to 2oz. Citra (comes with 1oz.) for a total of 14 days. During the dry hop phase cold crashed to 35* 2 days then at room temp 2 days to keg. It is one of my favorite beers, and I love the combination of the Citra dry hop with the rye. Overall one of my favorites with a good beer as is, and really good with mild modifications.
