Great stuff

Just made my first batch of cherry cider, came out great. I added clarifier to the second ferment (10 days primary, 10 days secondary), came out crystal clear. Went into the keezer for carbonation and to enjoy over the Holidays. Only thing I would suggest would be to offer some type of flavoring to make it taste more like cherry pie.
