Nice Brown

Brewed this beer and used an English Wyeast. Makes for a much better flavor. Had brewed several browns and while the beers were tasty, I was not thrilled. Realized I was using Nottingham Ale Yeast (dry). Used liquid yeast for this one and it made a huge difference. I see they recommend an American yeast but I much prefer the English. One cannot go wrong with this beer.

Hoppy Brown Ale

This is a beer sure to please everyone. It reminds me of the Moose Drool that I had in Jackson Hole WY. Great brown ale with a little hop kick. Definitely will put this in my normal rotation.
